Shipping policy
We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the dimensions and weight of your artwork, as well as your shipping address.
- We offer standard shipping with estimated delivery times.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use Delhivery, Shiprocket and Porter to ship our artwork.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Delivery
- Currently We ship inside India.
- We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. However we experienced 6-8 days timeframe inside India.
- If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier may leave a notice of attempted delivery. Please follow the instructions on the notice to reschedule delivery or arrange for pickup.
Damaged Items
- We carefully pack all artwork to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
