Saam Crafts currently ships orders within India. We take care to package rolled artwork securely for transit.

Shipping Charges

Standard domestic shipping and packaging are included in the listed product price.

For orders covered by our current standard shipping setup, no separate standard-shipping charge is added at checkout.

Processing and Dispatch

All artwork is prepared to order.

Processing time may vary depending on:

• Product type
• Print size
• Material
• Whether the order is personalized
• Whether Photo Enhancement has been selected
• Current production workload

Any dispatch or delivery estimate shown on the website, at checkout, or communicated after ordering is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within India.

International shipping is not currently offered unless explicitly stated otherwise on the website.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping destination, courier availability, and local delivery conditions.

Once dispatched, transit time may vary by location.

Delays caused by courier operations, weather, strikes, local restrictions, force majeure events, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the expected delivery date.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment details will be sent using the email address or phone number provided with the order.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and coordinating with the courier where required.

Personalized Orders

Products such as Print Your Memory, custom-size prints, and other personalized items may require additional preparation before dispatch.

This may include:

• Reviewing the uploaded image
• Preparing the selected crop
• Applying the selected fit mode
• Preparing custom dimensions
• Printing on the selected material
• Performing Photo Enhancement where purchased

Packaging

Artwork is generally supplied as rolled artwork unless the individual product listing states otherwise.

Frames shown in product previews, room mockups, or visualizations are for presentation purposes only and are not included unless specifically stated in the product listing.

We package products with the aim of protecting them during normal transportation and handling.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when it is delivered.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@saamcrafts.com.

For damage, wrong-item, wrong-size, wrong-material, or transit-related claims, a continuous unboxing/opening video is mandatory.

The video should start before the package is opened and clearly show:

• The sealed package
• The opening of the package
• The packaging condition
• The condition of the artwork when first removed
• The issue being reported

Please also provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Claims are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

This includes:

• Recipient name
• Complete address
• PIN code
• Phone number
• Any relevant landmark or delivery information

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at contact@saamcrafts.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has entered production or has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept the shipment, or inability to contact the recipient, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

Any additional cost arising specifically from customer-provided incorrect delivery information or repeated redelivery may be communicated before the shipment is resent.
